Our concierge service will work with you to find the best option for your initial diagnosis and treatment journey. We can help you find the right service for you, ranging from Private/NHS Consultant care to which Pharmacy is open and where to find your medication, all at a time you need.

Become a member
Membership to our community means you will have access to a private GP on the day you need it, you will be able to speak to our friendly reception team who are there to support and help you.
If you need any specialist care, both NHS or Private, we can guide you to the right place and the right time and in some situations can even book an an appointment with your chosen specialist to save you having to make another phone call.
You will have access to online support with NHS supported material to help with home remedies and to know when to call us.
